Our Sheet Metal Fabrication Equipment and What It Means for Your Part

A machine list is only useful when it tells you what the factory can actually manufacture. At Hengtai Leading Technology, we connect our equipment to the parts, sizes and process risks it is intended to handle.

12 kW Fiber Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting service supports a maximum sheet size of 4000 × 2000 mm. The current published process range includes carbon steel up to 35 mm, stainless steel and aluminum up to 30 mm, with the final capability depending on grade, edge requirement and geometry.

For OEM buyers, the value of high-power laser cutting is not only maximum thickness. It also supports faster cutting on many normal sheet gauges, flexible design changes and efficient nesting across mixed part numbers.

Five CNC Press Brakes up to 200T

Our CNC bending capability reaches 4000 mm bend length and up to 200 tons. Multiple machines give us flexibility to separate long structural parts from smaller repeated components while maintaining production flow.

24+ Welding Stations

Our welding department supports TIG, MIG, laser and spot welding. The right process is selected according to material, thickness, joint design, heat input, cosmetic requirement and structural function.

Hardware Insertion and Secondary Operations

Sheet metal becomes assembly-ready through details such as threads, studs and standoffs. Our hardware insertion capability supports PEM-style fasteners and related mechanical hardware. Secondary operations may include drilling, tapping, countersinking, reaming, grinding and deburring according to the drawing.

6 m In-House Powder-Coating Line

Finishing can become a bottleneck when large parts must leave the factory for coating. Our in-house powder-coating line supports parts up to 6 m and lets us coordinate masking, appearance and final assembly within the same manufacturing program.

Quality and Inspection Equipment

Our quality department uses dimensional inspection equipment including CMM and optical measurement systems, along with application-specific tools such as hardness and gloss meters where relevant. Quality planning follows the drawing and customer-agreed inspection scope rather than a one-size-fits-all checklist.

The Factory Is Built for More Than One Process

The strongest advantage is integration. A part can move from cutting to bending, welding, hardware, finishing and assembly without the customer managing separate suppliers for each operation.

Before You Ask “Can Your Machine Do It?”

Send the drawing. Maximum machine specifications do not automatically guarantee manufacturability. Flange orientation, tooling reach, flat-pattern size, weld access, material condition and finish requirements can change the answer. Our engineering team reviews the complete process route before confirming capability.

Send a Part That Tests Your Current Supplier

If your project is large, thick, highly formed, welded or requires multiple in-house operations, send the drawing and let us match it to the actual factory route.
