Switchgear enclosure and busbar manufacturer

Custom Metalwork for Power Distribution and Switchgear Systems

Power distribution equipment cannot tolerate uncontrolled variation. Doors must align, mounting systems must fit, busbars must maintain their designed positions and grounding surfaces must remain functional after finishing.

Switchgear enclosures and busbar sheet metal components

Electrical system thinking

The enclosure is part of the electrical system

An electrical enclosure does more than protect components. Its design influences spacing, cable routing, heat management, operator access, grounding, ingress-protection strategy, maintenance and future expansion.

What we evaluate

Doors and frames Mounting plates Internal brackets Busbar assemblies Grounding interfaces Cable-entry plates

Products we manufacture

Custom electrical metalwork manufactured to customer drawings

Power distribution cabinets

LV distribution, switchgear systems, electrical control cabinets and protective housings.

MCC and PLC enclosures

MCC cabinet enclosures, PLC control cabinets, automation cabinets and internal partitions.

Busbars and supports

Copper and aluminum busbars, protective covers, supports and conductive components.

Doors and covers

Single doors, double doors, removable panels, gland plates and cable-entry plates.

Mounting plates

Internal mounting plates, DIN rail layouts, stud placement and component support plates.

Junction and inverter boxes

Control boxes, inverter enclosures, transformer-related housings and equipment frames.

Feature control

Controlling the features that matter inside electrical equipment

Cabinet geometry

Frame alignment, squareness, door gaps and mounting surfaces are planned to reduce distortion.

Mounting layout

Hole and slot position, stud placement, flatness, edge clearance and installation access.

Hinges and locking

Door performance depends on frame, hinges, locking points, seals and installed equipment.

Busbar accuracy

Cutting, punching, bending, plating, insulation, selective masking and identification marking.

Grounding and protection

Finishing must not block electrical function

Powder coating or plating must not interfere with grounding studs, conductive interfaces, masked areas or protected threads specified in the drawing.

Selective masking

Grounding and contact zones remain functional after finishing.

Ingress strategy

Gaskets, drip edges, sloped tops and sealed cable-entry areas.

Corrosion resistance

Material and finish selected according to environment and validation requirements.

Manufacturing capabilities

Multiple processes under one project scope

Sheet metal processesLaser cutting, CNC punching, precision bending, welding, riveting, grinding and finishing
Hardware supportPEM nuts, studs, standoffs, rivet nuts, hinges, locks and specified mechanical hardware
Conductive partsCopper and aluminum busbars with bending, plating, insulation and masking requirements
FinishesPowder coating, plating, passivation, brushing, polishing, anodizing and silk-screen printing
DocumentationMaterial certificates, first article reports, dimensional records, coating records and packing lists by agreement

Protection requirements

Built according to your approved design and validation plan

Electrical enclosures may be installed indoors, outdoors, in dusty facilities, near water or in corrosive environments. Where formal enclosure rating or third-party testing applies, the certification plan should be defined by the customer and testing body.

FAQ

Switchgear enclosure and busbar FAQ

Can you manufacture both enclosures and busbars?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can manufacture sheet metal enclosures together with custom copper or aluminum busbar components.

Can you install hinges, locks, studs and threaded hardware?

Yes. We can install specified hinges, locks, studs, nuts, standoffs, rivet nuts and other mechanical hardware as part of the manufacturing process.

Can grounding areas be masked?

Yes. Masked grounding zones, protected threads and conductive interfaces should be clearly shown in the production drawing.

Do you certify enclosure ratings?

We manufacture according to approved project documentation. Formal rating or third-party validation should be defined by the customer and relevant testing body.
