Turnkey Mechanical Subassembly
From Fabricated Enclosure to Finished Box Build Assembly
Some customers do not need another supplier for loose sheet metal. They need a partner who can deliver a controlled subassembly that is ready for their next production step.
At Hengtai Leading Technology, we combine sheet metal fabrication with hardware installation, mechanical assembly and selected electromechanical integration according to the customer BOM, drawings and work instructions.

Identification
Labels, part marking, silk-screen or specified identification.
Final pack
Kitting, accessories, protective film and export packaging.
We Build to a Controlled BOM, Not a Verbal Description
A reliable assembly program needs clear configuration control. We ask for the current BOM, approved manufacturer/part number where relevant, installation quantity, drawing revision and any torque, orientation or inspection requirement. Where the customer authorizes equivalent components, that rule should also be documented.
Hardware Installation Before and After Finishing
Our hardware insertion capability includes PEM-style nuts, studs, standoffs and other press-fit hardware. Some hardware is best installed before powder coating; other components should be added after finishing to protect threads or appearance. We plan the sequence around the part and finish specification.
Mechanical and Selected Electromechanical Integration
Our existing sheet metal assembly service supports mechanical assembly and selected electromechanical items such as fans, power supplies, switches, wire harnesses and cable-management components when the installation and inspection requirements are clearly defined. We do not assume responsibility for regulatory or functional certification unless it is explicitly included in the agreed project scope.
Why OEM Buyers Consolidate Assembly
Fewer incoming line items and fewer suppliers to coordinate.
Fit issues are discovered before international shipment.
Coated panels, hinges, locks and gaskets can be checked as one assembly.
Purchased hardware can be kitted with the fabricated parts.
Packaging can be designed around the finished assembly rather than loose components.
One project team owns fabrication, finishing and assembly communication.
What We Check Before Packing
Depending on the agreed quality plan, final checks may include overall fit, door movement, hardware presence, fastener installation, key dimensions, cosmetic condition, label position and configuration completeness. Electrical or functional testing is performed only where the customer provides a defined test method and it is included in the project scope.
Best-Fit Projects
Box build assembly is especially useful for equipment manufacturers whose enclosure contains repeat mechanical components and whose own production line is better used for proprietary electronics, software, calibration or final system testing.
It can also support contract manufacturing programs where the customer wants one supplier to manage more of the mechanical BOM.
Send the Assembly Drawing and BOM
We can review whether your current enclosure, chassis or cabinet is a good fit for pre-assembly in our factory and identify which items should stay with your final integration process.
Review My Box BuildFrequently Asked Questions
Can you purchase components on our BOM?
For suitable programs, yes. The purchasing scope, approved suppliers and substitution rules should be agreed before production.
Can you install fans, switches or wire harnesses?
Yes, for defined projects. The installation method, orientation and any test requirements need to be specified in the BOM, drawing or work instruction.
Do you perform final product certification?
Not by default. We manufacture and assemble to the agreed documentation. Any regulatory certification or formal functional-validation responsibility must be separately defined.
