Recurring OEM Manufacturing
OEM Sheet Metal Fabrication for Equipment Manufacturers
We manufacture the metal structure behind finished equipment. At Hengtai Leading Technology, our OEM programs support manufacturers that need recurring enclosures, chassis, panels, frames, brackets, weldments and assembled sheet metal components produced to controlled drawings and revisions.
Discuss an OEM Program
Our goal is to operate as an extension of your manufacturing team: understand how the fabricated parts fit into the final product, manage repeat orders consistently and reduce the number of suppliers you need to coordinate.
One OEM Program Can Include Many Part Families
Instead of sourcing each metal component separately, customers can consolidate related parts through our custom sheet metal parts capability.
Electrical enclosures and control boxes.
Sheet metal cabinets and equipment housings.
Chassis and rack structures.
Panels, doors, covers and mounting plates.
Frames and welded structures.
Brackets, supports, trays and cable-management parts.
PEM hardware and mechanically assembled subassemblies.
From a Drawing Package to a Repeatable Manufacturing System
An OEM relationship becomes valuable when the process stays stable after the first order. We connect laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, hardware insertion, finishing and assembly under one production route so part revisions and quality requirements remain linked to the same job.
Revision Control
For recurring programs, the correct revision matters as much as the correct dimension. We recommend that each release includes drawing revision, 3D file, BOM when applicable, finish specification and any changed notes. Our team reviews revisions before production to reduce the risk of mixing obsolete and current requirements.
BOM and Assembly Coordination
Where we provide sheet metal assembly, we can organize purchased hardware, fasteners, hinges, locks, gaskets and fabricated parts around the assembly structure. This can reduce receiving complexity for customers who would otherwise buy and inspect many separate line items.
Prototype to Production Continuity
A new OEM program can begin with prototype development, move through low-volume production and then transition into scheduled contract manufacturing. Using production-capable processes early helps reveal issues before the program scales.
Factory Capability
Factory Capability for OEM Programs
Our 4,000 m² facility supports three laser cutting machines up to 12 kW, five CNC press brakes up to 200 tons and 4,000 mm bending length, 24+ welding stations, hardware insertion, in-house powder coating and final assembly. We use these capabilities to support both high-mix equipment programs and repeat production.

Materials and Finishes
We process aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel and other customer-specified materials. Finishing requirements may include powder coating, anodizing, plating, passivation, brushing, polishing and specified marking processes depending on the part.
What We Need to Evaluate an OEM Program
Current 2D drawings and 3D models.
BOM and assembly structure, where applicable.
Material and finish specification.
Annual demand plus typical release quantity.
Critical dimensions and inspection requirements.
Expected prototype, pilot and production milestones.
Packaging and shipping requirements.
Any supplier-qualification documentation required by your organization.
Choose a Supplier That Can Stay With the Product
OEM sourcing is not only about the first quotation. It is about whether the same supplier can support engineering changes, pilot builds, repeat orders, finish consistency, quality documentation and practical communication over the life of the product.
Send Us a Representative BOM or Assembly
If your equipment contains multiple sheet metal parts, send us one representative assembly or part family. We will review how the work can be consolidated into a controlled OEM manufacturing program.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only work with high-volume OEM programs?
No. We support high-mix and lower-volume equipment as well as larger recurring programs. The right production route depends on geometry, mix, batch size and revision frequency.
Can you supply finished assemblies instead of loose parts?
Yes, for suitable projects. Our assembly scope can include fabricated components, installed hardware, mechanical components, gaskets, selected electromechanical items and packaging according to the agreed BOM and work instructions.
Can you support engineering changes after production starts?
Yes. We review revised files and recommend clear revision control so the production package stays aligned with the released design.
